If your child is ready to take the step, counselling might be an avenue to improve confidence, manage worries, improve mood and develop coping skills. I provide psychotherapy services to youth (ages 12+) encountering: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, overthinking, harsh inner critic, self-doubt, religious conflict/trauma, anger, post-trauma, relationship difficulties and life-transitions.

Ashley is a certified art therapist and psychotherapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Ashley’s passion is to support people in telling their story and exploring ways in which growth might happen. While art therapy can be for anyone, it can be especially effective in working with children and adolescents. By incorporating visual art-based directives, accessing feelings may become less intimidating while the overall therapeutic experience encourages curiosity and play. Mariam Zaveri, RP
My passions for child psychology and empathetic approach to therapeutic relationships with families have shaped my journey towards counselling and psychotherapy. I am deeply committed to helping individuals cope with life’s adversities, guiding them away from destructive thought patterns towards rejuvenation and resilience Having raised my own children along with working with adolescents and youths within the various school settings, have provided me with a profound understanding of children’s developmental milestones and the challenges that are currently faced by youths and young adults. Additionally, my experience working with the school board population has given me valuable insights into supporting neurodivergent youth with conditions such as ADHD, learning disabilities, and ASD. This combination of personal and professional experiences uniquely equips me to provide comprehensive support and guidance to individuals and families navigating life’s challenges and milestones.
Neeli Grewal, RP
Neeli Grewal started her clinical career as Family, Child and Youth Therapist working with infant, children, youth and parents. She brings an early intervention, risk reduction, and a variety of age appropriate intervention frameworks to her work with parents and children. Not only has she worked directly with children, she has also supported building capacity of parents to enhance and strengthen their skills to be able to best respond to the unique needs for their child(ren). Neeli has been working in multiple capacities within the children and youth mental health sector in community-based settings, supporting schools, and through private practice.
Neeli integrates tools to support parents and children to reach key milestones that are age and developmentally necessary to ensure children are reaching optimal levels of functioning across different domains in their life. Neeli introduces effective psychotherapy interventions to support children between the ages of 3-6, 6-12, and 12+ as she recognizes that these early years of development bring a range of different difficulties at each stage.
Neeli is fluent in Punjabi and English.

Vanessa Hurley is a Registered Dietitian with a BSc. in Human Nutrition (Honours) from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia (2002) and a Master of Health Sciences (Community Nutrition) from the University of Toronto (2004) and has earned numerous scholarships and awards while pursuing her post-secondary and post graduate education. She has been a member of the College of Dietitians since 2004 and has experience working as a Registered Dietitian for two major Canadian food companies, in private practice for health clinics, and for two Ontario public health units (with a prenatal/infant/child health and a chronic diseases prevention focus). Vanessa provides evidence-based food and nutrition advice and compassionate care, working with you to create the best possible plan plan to meet your goals. With over ten years experience in prenatal, infant and child nutrition, and having first hand experience nourishing two active boys, Vanessa is passionate about helping individuals and families to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food that can last a lifetime.
