Motor Vehicle Accidents

If you’ve been involved in a motor vehicle accident, you should bring your insurance company’s name, policy number, claim number, as well as the adjuster’s name and telephone number so we can bill your insurance provider.

New Patient Intake Forms

You can complete your Profile and Intake Forms online on Emkiro’s Patient Portal or you can do it in person using our onsite kiosk after your check-in.

Patient Evaluation

Your initial consultation with one of Emkiro’s healthcare professionals can take up to 60 minutes. Your health care provider will ask you several questions about your medical history, lifestyle, when you first noticed the problem, etc.

Your health care provider will also perform a physical examination, assessing your condition. The health care provider may recommend some diagnostic tests in order to identify the root cause of your problem.

Treatment Plan

After diagnosing your problem, your health care provider will recommend a treatment plan. Our team’s priority is helping you make a swift and complete recovery, so your health care provider may recommend several therapeutic procedures across different specialties, such as combining Physiotherapy with Chiropractic care, or Naturopathic care with Acupuncture.
