Lee has over 15 years of experience working in social and mental health services. He holds a Master’s of Social Work and training in various psychotherapy approaches which he combines to adapt to your needs and goals. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, conflict in your relationships, uncertainty, or low self-esteem, Lee will help you get to the root of it to find peace, balance and more life satisfaction. With Lee’s support, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and the dynamics affecting your life and you will learn new tools and perspectives to help you better manage life’s challenges.
Lee also brings a critical lens to the therapeutic space which takes into account the intersecting identities and socio-political environment in which individuals evolve. As a trans person, they are particularly well equipped to offer a welcoming and safe space to LGBTQ individuals. Lee works with youth, adults and families.
