Eden Jacobson, MSW, RSW

Eden is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) committed to supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic illness, stress, and relationship difficulties. She holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work in New York City and an Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Western University.

Eden’s approach is grounded in creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and be their authentic selves. She believes that many challenges are shaped by past experiences, self-doubt, and patterns that can feel overwhelming or difficult to change. Through therapy, Eden works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Her work can be both structured and flexible, depending on individual needs and preferences. She draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational approaches. This integrative style allows her to tailor each session to meet the unique goals of every client.
