Health Centre Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk Administrator
Qualifications
Front desk receptionist / administrator position is available immediately, full time.
- Wages: $20/hour to start, with growth upon performance
- Health & Dental Benefits included following 3-month probationary period.
Emkiro is hiring a high-performing professional to run the front of our clinic and drive patient bookings. This is not a passive reception role. You will own the patient experience, convert inquiries into appointments, and protect the schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Convert inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins into booked appointments
- Confidently explain services, value, and pricing
- Rebook patients and follow up on missed or stalled leads
- Manage scheduling, payments, and daily clinic flow
- Deliver a polished, professional patient experience

What We’re Looking For
- Sales-oriented, confident in person and on the phone
- Organized, accountable, and results-driven
- Healthcare Clinic and Wellness service-based experience required
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
What This Is Not
- Not a passive receptionist role
- Not an OHIP medical receptionist position
- Not suitable for someone uncomfortable with sales conversations
